Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except where p899 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session or live bet, p899's server records shall be the definitive authority on the outcome of any wager. Winnings will be credited or outstanding bets settled based on these records.
• p899 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG integrity is regularly audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• For sports betting, p899 reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of match cancellation, postponement, abandonment, or where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p899 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended and all balances forfeited:

• Registering more than one account or providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

• Using p899 to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

All content on the p899 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio clips, digital downloads, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of p899 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p899 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any p899 content without express written permission.
• Creating derivative works based on p899 content or game software.
• Using the p899 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that could imply endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the p899 platform.

Any unauthorised use of p899 intellectual property may result in account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p899 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the p899 platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of data, funds, or profits arising from technical failures, system errors, or connectivity issues beyond p899's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any decisions made by p899 in good faith regarding account suspension, bonus voiding, or bet settlement in accordance with these Terms.

p899's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player to their p899 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits p899's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by a person under the age of 21.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
